Douglas Glover (CAN) is a professor and author of multiple story collections and novels. He won the 2006 Writers' Trust of Canada Timothy Findley Award and his bestselling novel Elle won the Governor General's Award for Fiction and was a finalist for the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award. Glover has taught at several universities in New York State and has been writer-in-residence at the University of New Brunswick, and Utah State University. He will be conducting a workshop based on his book Attack of the Copula Spiders, a collection of instructional and critical essays on the writing process.
