Want to add some rock n’ roll excitement and entertainment to your family’s life? Then don’t miss the Imagination Movers’ 2013 Rock-O-Matic Tour!
Rich, Scott, Dave and Smitty – of the Emmy-winning Disney Channel TV series “Imagination Movers” – will be bringing their high-octane rock concert to a theater near you, and it's an event the whole family can enjoy. Mini-Movers VIP packages will be available which include premium seating and a chance to meet The Movers.
The Movers were the highest-rated and most popular live family act of 2011. The key to the Movers' appeal is they combine danceable power pop songs with extremely catchy choruses and a knack for inspiring audience participation. Throw in a heaping helping of onstage silliness and you've got a recipe for a live musical event that will truly engage the littlest of kids along with their older siblings, parents and grandparents. It doesn't hurt that the Movers pepper their live shows with musical references to their many inspirations, including U2, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack Johnson, the Beastie Boys and all sorts of classic and modern rockers.
The 2011 In A Big Warehouse tour garnered critical praise from fans including a 5 star rating on Ticketmaster. “The Movers show was in a word: AMAZING! So much fun, high energy, and a memory we will never forget. If you have a little one who loves the Movers, do not miss this show! We can't wait for them to tour again.”
On the Rock-O-Matic tour, the guys will be playing all their favorite songs from their wildly popular TV series as well as debuting new material from their brand-new “Rock-O-Matic” CD/DVD. The new disc features some of the guys most infectious music to date enhanced by a new collection of live-action and animated videos.
The Imagination Movers began in 2003 as a rock band for kids in New Orleans and have grown into the stars of a hit television series seen in over 55 countries on the Disney Channel. On the show, the Movers star as four friends who work together in the Idea Warehouse to solve problems through creativity and teamwork. Their friends Nina and Warehouse Mouse are there to help along the way as the Movers brainstorm ideas and explore the Warehouse's many magical rooms. Each episode features two or more original Movers songs.
In addition to winning an Emmy, a Common Sense Media Award and many other honors, the Movers have also performed twice at the White House as well as on "Good Morning America," "Live With Regis and Kelly" and "The View."

EPCOR CENTRE's Jack Singer Concert Hall is described as one of the most beautiful and acoustically acclaimed venues in North America.
As the home of Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and EPCOR CENTRE's BD&P World Music Series, audiences are treated to some of the world's finest musical events. Through rentals to outside promoters and the community, the Jack Singer hosts a wide variety of performances year-round.
Special features incorporated into the hall design allow it to host a spectrum of entertainment, with a stage measuring up to 86' wide and nearly 38' deep. Suspended high above the stage is an 185,000-pound (90-ton) laminated sprucewood acoustical canopy that can be raised or lowered to tune the hall according to the specific needs of each performer.
Named after Mr. Jack Singer ($1.5M contribution from his sons, Alan and Stephen Singer), the concert hall is also the home of the Carthy Organ donated by the Carthy Foundation in the amount of $750,000 in memory of Mrs. Margaret Mannix.
In August 2004, the Jack Singer Concert Hall was upgraded with a new million dollar sound system, including a state-of-the-art hearing assistance system. The main level of the concert hall is fully wheelchair accessible with flexible seating options.
